“The above deposit serves as earnest money in accordance with § 910 ABGB as a minimum consumption guarantee from the reserving guest, which will be forfeited and not refunded in case of cancellation or no-show by the guest. If the reservation is honored, this amount will be credited against the resulting bill.

The reservation is only effective once the deposit has been received”
