The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is, in the case of purchases in the web shop, the processing for the fulfilment of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures (in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit b EU General Data Protection Regulation), in the case of applications your consent (in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit a EU General Data Protection Regulation, for all processing our overriding legitimate interest (in accordance with Art 6 para 1 lit f EU General Data Protection Regulation), which consists in achieving the purposes mentioned above under point 5.

7. Transmission of your personal data

For the above-mentioned purposes (with the exception of online applications), we will transmit your personal data to the following recipients:

Some of the above-mentioned recipients are located outside your country or process your personal data there. The level of data protection in other countries may not correspond to that of your country. However, we will only transfer your personal data to countries for which the EU Commission has decided that they have an adequate level of data protection or with which agreements exist that ensure a corresponding level of data protection.

8. Storage for future vacancies

With your consent, we store your personal application data for 24 months so that we can directly include your profile when filling future vacancies.

9. User account

In order to be able to place orders via this offer, each customer must set up a password-protected customer account. This includes an overview of orders placed and active order processes. If you as a customer leave the online shop, you will be automatically logged out.
The operator assumes no liability for password misuse, unless this was caused by the operator himself.

10. Ordering process

All data entered by customers as part of an order processing are stored. This includes:

Those data which are absolutely necessary for delivery or order processing are passed on to third-party service providers (transmission of credit card data to the processing bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations). As well as the storage of your data is no longer necessary or legally required, these will be deleted.

In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax law retention period (7 years).

The data name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.

12. Handling of comments and posts

If you leave a post or comment on this website, your IP address will be stored. This serves the security of the website operator: If your text violates the law, he would like to be able to trace your identity.

15. Pictures of events / Photo notice

In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 GDPR (information obligations), we inform you that in the course of our public events we take photos and short videos of participants and guests in order to use them for public relations, PR and presentation of our activities for the purpose of increasing our level of awareness, unless otherwise objected to in individual cases. The photos and videos will be used on our website, in our social media channels and for print media, in particular press, newspapers and folders. This is clearly pointed out both during event registration and at the event venue in a suitable manner.

The person responsible for the processing and storage of the image and video recordings, as well as the contact person for those affected, is the person responsible for this website (see the last point of the privacy policy).

The legal basis for the processing is Art 6 para 1 lit f GDPR. Our legitimate interest consists in informing about our events, pointing out similar events and presenting our work through public relations, PR and presentation of activities in order to increase our level of awareness. There is a right to object to the processing at any time. However, it can be assumed that the interest of the person responsible in the creation and use of the photos and short videos does not excessively interfere with the rights and freedoms of the natural persons, in particular as they have entered the public space, the creation and use of the photos and short videos was pointed out in advance and at the event, and care is taken both when taking photos and when publishing them to ensure that no legitimate interests of the persons depicted are violated. If, for particularly important reasons, the rights and freedoms of a person depicted should be violated, we will refrain from further processing by taking suitable measures. An anonymisation in print media that have already been issued cannot take place. A deletion on the website or in social media channels takes place within the scope of the technical possibilities.

Recipients of the photos and videos are departments of the person responsible who necessarily have to receive the data within the scope of the processing of the activity (e.g. IT, other administrative units, marketing). Contractors and processors who are involved in the processing (creation and publication). Tax consultants, authorities (tax office, other authorities) and legal representatives (in the enforcement of rights or defence against claims or in the context of official proceedings). The data is made available to the public on the Internet and published in social media channels. The data is published in print media, in particular press, newspapers and own folders. The data will not be passed on to recipients who pursue their own purposes with this data. This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator.
